Website and waitlist only

This website provides general information and allows people to express interest in Orvon. Joining the waitlist does not create a membership, insurance policy, health plan, provider-patient relationship, provider agreement, fiduciary relationship, entitlement to benefits, or guarantee that any product or service will be offered.

Orvon is not insurance or medical care

Orvon is described as a care continuity membership and is not health insurance or a substitute for comprehensive medical coverage. Website content is not medical, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Orvon does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency services. Call 911 or your local emergency number for an emergency.

Program information may change

Descriptions of pricing, eligibility, allowances, timing, benefits, providers, care cards, wallets, and future functionality are preliminary unless stated in a final written agreement. Orvon may modify, delay, suspend, or discontinue website-stage concepts, features, or availability before launch.

Eligibility and communications

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. The waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. Email subscription is recorded according to the choices and consent shown on your form; providing a provider or investor contact inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to consumer marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time using an email link or by contacting hello@joinorvon.com.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, unlawful, infringing, or malicious material; impersonate another person; harvest data; use automated means that burden the site; or use Orvon names, logos, or materials without permission.

Intellectual property

The Orvon name, logos, site design, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Orvon or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the public website for personal, lawful purposes.

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Orvon does not control their terms, privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, or content and is not responsible for them.

Feedback

If you provide ideas or feedback about Orvon, you grant Orvon permission to use them without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Orvon disclaims warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvon and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on website information. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orvon and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, submitted content, or violation of these terms or another person’s rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. We may restrict or terminate access to the site when reasonably necessary to protect Orvon, users, or the service, or to address suspected violations.

Severability, waiver, and assignment

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; Orvon may assign these terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business.

Entire agreement and contact
