From Day 1, Orvon Assistant is your personal wellness companion. Chat about fitness, nutrition, daily habits, and care resources, and receive personalized weekly plans. You can explore affordable care for yourself through Care Search and follow your protection readiness.
Proposed membership: The proposed individual membership is $50 per month, with planned wellness and care resources from Day 1. After 90 days of continuous paid membership, members may choose to activate Care Continuity Protection™ with an allowance of up to $300 per month toward eligible care for up to six consecutive months. Pricing, allowance, eligible expenses, and availability may change before launch. The waitlist is not paid enrollment; no allowance is currently available.

Important distinction: Day 1 benefits do not include routine or preventive services paid through the Care Continuity Protection™ Care Allowance.
Care Continuity Protection™ benefits
After 90 days of continuous membership and member activation, eligible support may include routine primary care, preventive care, urgent care, prescriptions, basic labs and diagnostics, eligible mental-health care, and care coordination for up to six consecutive months.
Specific benefits, providers, discounts, eligibility rules, and availability are subject to final program terms.
