Care Continuity Protection™
Extra care support when life changes.
Care Continuity Protection™ becomes eligible after 90 days of continuous membership and begins only when you choose to activate it for yourself. Members select an activation reason from an informational dropdown; the reason does not determine eligibility or block activation.
How the Protection Period works
- Member-controlled activation
- Up to six consecutive months

- Eligible routine-care spending controls
- Protection status and timeline tracking
The proposed allowance is up to $300 per month toward eligible care during an activated Protection Period. Final eligible expenses, provider rules, card controls, and availability remain subject to validation and final program terms.

What is not included
Care Continuity Protection™ is not designed for emergency hospitalization, major surgery, catastrophic medical events, or full-insurance replacement.
Monthly balances and restoration
Unused monthly balances do not roll over. After the six-month Protection Period ends, support enters Restoring status and the restoration countdown begins immediately. After 6 months of continuous paid membership, a new Protection Period becomes available.
