Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to joinorvon.com, its waitlist, provider and investor interest forms, contact forms, and related email communications. It covers the current website, not a future member app or clinical service. Additional notices will be provided if those services launch.

Information you provide

Depending on the form, we collect the details you choose to submit, including name, email, city, state, occupation, optional birthday or age information, optional gender, organization, provider specialty, investor interests, and messages. Required fields are marked. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

Website and email activity

Our hosting service may record IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security logs. Our first-party analytics record page paths, visit time, a pseudonymous visitor identifier, referring website host, device category, and time zone. Form records can include the page where you signed up and your time zone. Our email service may record delivery, bounce, open, click, complaint, and unsubscribe activity when tracking is enabled. Open statistics can be affected by email privacy tools and are not always accurate.

How we use information

We use information to manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, send requested updates and marketing emails where you have agreed, understand interest in Orvon, measure website and email performance, improve the site, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a provider or investor contact form does not by itself subscribe you to consumer marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

The website uses DreamHost for hosting and Resend for email delivery. They and other vendors supporting site operations process information needed to perform their services. External resources such as Google Fonts and jsDelivr may receive your IP address and browser request information when your browser loads their files. We may disclose information to professional advisers, as required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell website-form information for money. The current site does not send form information to a Meta Pixel or an advertising conversion API.

Facebook and Instagram inquiries

If you choose to submit an Orvon interest form inside Facebook or Instagram in a future campaign, we will receive the details you submit and use them to respond to your request and send updates according to your selections. Meta processes information under its own notices. This section does not mean that a Meta website tracker or a lead-ad campaign is currently enabled.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses browser storage and a session cookie as described in our Cookie Notice. The current site has first-party visit analytics; it does not currently contain a Meta Pixel. Advertising tracking would require a separate implementation and review of applicable consent and opt-out requirements. This policy does not treat ordinary use of the site as consent to future advertising tracking.

Sensitive information

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, insurance member numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank details, or other sensitive information through these forms or ordinary email. We do not need that information for the waitlist. The current website is not a patient portal. Any future collection of health information requires its own legal assessment, notices, and safeguards; this policy does not represent HIPAA certification.

Retention and security

We retain information while reasonably needed for the waitlist, inquiries, communications, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You can request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions. We may retain a limited email suppression record to honor an unsubscribe request. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups expire. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in an Orvon email or email hello@joinorvon.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. For access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or an applicable privacy-rights appeal, see Privacy Choices. Rights depend on applicable law; we verify requests using only information reasonably needed and do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Adults and United States visitors

The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older in the United States. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
